Extended Stay

If you are looking for long term accommodation in the city, St. Lawrence is ideally located, close to shops, the business district and universities/colleges.

All extended hotel stays of 120 nights or longer are to be paid in full or a minimum of 60 nights. 120 Night or shorter requests are to be paid in full. A $150 administration fee applies. NOTE: For all contracts of 30 nights or longer, you must supply your own long-term linen, towels, toiletries etc.
